  ‘Harry Potter Spells’ in Motion

  I’m a High School student planning on making my first feature film this upcoming year. I need a resource on how to create effective “spell” effects in Motion. I cannot use any other software because that is what my school’s resources are limited to. (Final Cut Suite)

  Is this possible?
  Is there a good resource? Instruction?
