Posed this here because I didn’t see another relevant forum.

Looking to calibrate my editing setup (simple FCPx mostly for web stuff) and wondering what Mac compatible hardware calibrators you color guys suggest. Not really doing any full on color stuff but hey, one day. I’d like to be able to calibrate my Apple 23 inch Apple Cinema display – yeah she old and a newer Viewsonic VP2365WB display.

SuperCal ? but I think hardware is going to be the best right.

X-Rite ColorMunki – price is right.

I’d like to be able to use this bugger for a number of years as I upgrade my monitor setup – also use it to calibrate my plasma TV?

    I use this: https://www.xrite.com/product_overview.aspx?id=1454

Love it, gets my Apple Cinema Display amazingly close to my FSI 2461w, even my 17″ powerbook looks pretty close to the other two.

I use the “long” or whatever it’s called, calibration.
