Halftone or newsprint
I’ve been trying to fugure out how to get that haftone newprint look that i’ve been seeing everywhere. I tried using both and cant quite get the same results. It’s a retro look the one kind of like the background of the Herbie movie poster. The Circles/balls are big and the get smaller and they blend to become a the second color. Am i making any sense? Please help, i’ve been trying to figure this out myself for 4weeks now!

Can you post an example.
Here’s one thing you might try. Convert your image to greyscale, then convert to bitmap (Image> Mode> Bitmap)Under method, use a halftone screen. You may have to play with the contrast of the image before you convert. Also, use a very small line screen, like 24
