Hair is so short at 100%
I hate asking for help. And being a learner of C4d it is inevitable.
I have watched 8 tutorials on hair, seen maxons hair and many other posts.No answers.
But, I add hair and it is like 2 inches long. At 100% in length attributes of Basic. First time using hair. I cant find out how to make it longer.
WHY? Why can I not make it longer? Or How does one do it outside of the
Length Attribute that supposedly controls length?No good hair if it aint no bigger than like 2 inches, no matter what scale of object is.
Well, I found it, and no thanks to 2 tuts that said ignore guides….

THe length can be adjusted in the Hair object as well as the material. Guide length i think its called.

the length attribute controls length in relation to the guides. In addition to what Randy said, you can also do guide length interactively with the Scale tool in Hair Tools.
