H.246 codec for Television
I am having a problem with exporting to H.246 codec in compressor because I have no clue what to do.
I need to export a 800×480 sequence to H.246 codec with a bitrate of 3000+kbps to be played on a HDTV running on a server but I am not sure how to go about this in compressor. Everytime I view it on the tv it looks really blurry and fuzzy. It has motion graphics and text.
