  GTX 5xx Series on a MacPro2,1 OSX LION

  I have a MacPro2,1 – running Lion – and want to get a GTX5xx card working, already have a “helper” card to drive the video… I’ve read through many of the posts on this subject but there seems to be no definitive answer as to whether or not a GTX5xx series card will work in the MacPro2,1… I already know it won’t boot up from the card, and I know there is an efi32 vs efi64 difference, but will Resolve recognize the card and work with Cuda support in Lion? Anyone running this succesfully?
