  Grow Line in 3-D

  I was wondering if there are any tutorials or tips on how to make a growing line in 3-d space. Here is an example of the result I’m looking for:

  I wasn’t sure if I needed the plug-in Trapcode 3D stroke to achieve this, or if there was a way to do it without?
