    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a solution or work around for a common clunky process i go through.

We often do a mixture of live action and cgi within for our commercials. They are often under very precise timings. For instance 15 sec live action, 10 sec 3D, 5 sec packshot. Whilst editing the animatic there is always a lot back and forth on checking how we are doing on media lengths. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to have this info instantly whilst editing?

I was thinking with Labels I could colour code the boards and graphics etc. Then somehow suck that info from the sequence to give each labels grouped length. Currently i work with each media group on a different video track, duplicate sequence, then ripple them together. Which is fine but there must be a less intrusive way.

    thanks in advance,

    Joseph
