Green screen and motion tracking points…
Hello,
I’m new to doing Greenscreen with motion tracking. I shot a subject walking towards the left of the shot, while the camera followed with a pan. I used motion track points, but now I´m unsure of how to track the footage and apply the movement to my background. As the frame progresses, some points are obscured by the subject as she passes infront of them, others pan out of the frame, while others pan in. There is always atleast one or two, up to four points in any part of the shot. 3D Camera tracker failed on analysis or produced an extremely messed up result. I did try motion tracking the points manually, and then adding the key frames but this resulted in my background resetting every now and then.
I’ve looked for tutorials detailing how to do this, but they don’t seem to cover this type of shot. Do I need to break up the shot into small sequences and track those and add the data to the last shot?
I hope this isn’t a redundant question,

You have to track multiple tracking points and apply them to nulls and then parent those nulls in a chain. I think this tutorial [link] covers it.
