  Green cache bar continuously flickering even when playback is paused. AE CC 2017 14.1.0.57

  The green cache bar continuously flickers even when playback is paused. I’ve tried restarting AE, restarting my computer, saving the project under a different name and still can’t seem to get past it. Playback was working fine but since the flickering it’s barely working. In my 5 years of working with AE I’ve never seen this.
