  graphics cards / external monitor

  Hi,
  I’m looking for a graphics card (can’t really afford a blackmagic deck link) that would have a s vhs output, or perhaps even component output, to go from final cut / after effects into a broadcast monitor.
  I have noticed with AE that certain cards are just not noticed on my PC, the same is true for Premire, so I still have to use a firewire to camera connection. Is FCP the same way, will it recognize only certain cards to output externally, and if so, does anyone know where that list might be located.

  If anyone has any advice, I’d greatly appreciate it.
