Graphic effect
Hello,
If you watch the graphic effect from 57 seconds when 2 lines appear with flares, any idea on how it can be done within after effects?

The lines with the flares can be built using Videocopilot’s Optical Flare. Then you can animate the layers to bring in the lines as in the example you provided.
