graphic card in g4 to run final cut 6
Hi
Can someone who is running fcp 6 on a [ g4 1.42 on tiger
open their [ about my mac ] and see what card they are using
so i have options to purchase. I am running on a old card [ radeon 9000 series thatmost blogs are saying i need to buy:radeon 9800 pro mac edition \ between 200-300 dollars used
[ know anyone that sells them, hard to get ]apple hasnt given much support but they have [multiple]options
on minumum system requirements but a good speedy graphicc card
is preferred.i have been down 10 days and i am dying to get back to work so anyhelp would be appreciated tremendously.

I am pretty sure I have a Radeon Pro Mac 9800 in storage. I will sell it to you for much less than that.pale.edit AT SYMBOL mac.com

I am experiencing the same problem with my G4, I tried to hack the plist file in my FCP contents package without success. I’m looking for the same video card, do you still have one just sitting around in storage?
