Grainy footage on my hm700u

Looks a little out of focus, but I’m not seeing anything abnormally grainy. Can you a few seconds of footage? What do you think is especially grainy in the image?

I have noticed that the XDCAM EX codec is a bit noisy in the blacks. I have seen footage from other cameras with this same codec and it looks similar. A bit annoying but you may be able to minimize it with some setting changes.

Do you have any idea what I should switch my settings too
