Gradient applied in overlapping objects
Hi, I’ve looked for this in som many ways with no clue on what to do.
So I just want to have some objects, they are touching each other in a overlap way, I want they to have the same direction of gradient, but with compound they got cropped, I can’t find a solution for it.I basically don’t want they cropped, and I want to keep the outlines. https://images.creativecow.net/u/300044/screenshot2015-08-08at1.36.08pm.png

Right now you have 3 objects.
Duplicate the objects, to the side, so you have 6 objects – Two sets of 3 objects.
With the second set, do Pathfinder / Unite. You now have 4 object – the 3 main objects plus the 1 unified object.
Apply the gradient to the united object and arrange it beneath the main outlined objects.Vince
