    … when using davinci 10.5 with the new MacPro and Dual D700s, what its the correct settings for the GPU-Processing Mode? Auto or better Open CL?

    The 10.4 installer put Cuda on my System. Is this of any disadvantage, since I don´t have Nvdia-Cards installed?

    Auto would default to Open CL because those are AMD cards. However setting that to Open CL shouldn’t change anything if you wanted to. No the Cuda installer wont effect your performance or stability since no Cuda cards are installed in the system.
