    Hi,

I’m looking to get a new graphics card as my large Illustrator cavases are laggy when panning and zooming. I was all ready to buy the Quadro K2200 but then read that it is old architecture and the GeForce GTX 980 is much better. This wasn’t in relation to Illustrator, but to 3d applications. As they are around the same price, would the GTX also work well for Illustrator since it works in a different way to in 3d programs?

    Thanks!
    Chris
