GoPro look-a-like screen on a video project
Posted by Lara Popyack on November 6, 2013 at 6:29 pmDoes anyone have a plug-in that you can use in FCP7 that makes your window/screen look like the back of a GoPro?
Thank you

November 6, 2013 at 6:40 pmI’m confused. Why would I want it to look like this?

November 6, 2013 at 7:05 pmThere’s a customizable HUD or camera recording display plug-in from Noise Industries/ FX Factory. Put a go-pro on a flat-bed scanner, grab a still, clean it up in photoshop or GIMP, add the video, treated with the plug-in. Done.

November 6, 2013 at 7:53 pmOH! The LCD Bakpak! Sorry, I rarely use that, as it’s always mounted on places that is useless, and only eats up battery.
You can make those in Photoshop and make them keyable overlays. Except for the moving timecode, just use the FCP filters for that.
