Try a good bookshop and look through the stills photography portrait lighting techniques books. You’ll be able to tell which one suits you best. One of the favourite books in this category on my bookshelf is Ross Lowell’s ‘Matter of Light & Depth’

do a search in the Lighting Pro’s forum on the COW. There have been some valuable posts by people who do very high-profile interview lighting for the big networks.

Also, Amazon.com has some decent books on portrait lighting, oriented to still photographers but applicable to video.
