Gone back to Pro 10!
The “improved” Pro 11 needs LOTS of work. I’ve gone back to Pro 10 and things are going smoothly except for Sony’s “gotta live with it” freezing and crashing. While it may be my PC, I doubt it. i7 OC to 3.87 and running cool and stable. 12 GB Ram. Nvidia 560Ti with 2048mb and GPU accelerated compatible, Running 2 SSD drives and one HDD. Pulling video from an SSD and rendering to the other SSD. Pro 11 has seriously slow rendering issues unless you stick with AVCHD. Maybe I need to re-install Windows 7? Yet Pro 10 works fine. Typical Sony frustrations. They just can’t get it right.

what type of rendering appears to be slower? I could run some tests. so far I have not had an issue. and 10 does not crash on my system.
