going from a TC dub to a clip list
Hey Guys,
I consistently give people TC dubs of footage and they come back with a word document of a bunch of numbers and I have to transpose that by going through my footage and subclipping it.
Is there software that they could be using to input timecode data that would produce an XML file for me to import…link up with media…and have subclips automatically created?
I’d pay for some type of software that could do that.

isn’t that what Media log does for AVID? sorta…
can you open your log and capture tool, log the timecodes, then try reconnecting that way? just a suggestion…never tried it, so don’t know if it would reconnect the master clips correctly
