Hello, I want to edit a 4k project in 1080. I select a 1080 sequence and then I am changing the motion scale of the clips from 100 to 43 to fit the viewer and then rendering. Am i doing the right process or I can do all this without the rendering and downscaling? is downscale is necessary, is changing the motion scale in CS6 the best way?

    best regards

You don’t need to scale them in the motion panel. Just select all clips in the timeline and right click -> scale to frame size.

Thanks, I still need to render, is this the correct way to edit 4K in 1080?

    best regards
