  Going back to SxS Card in Camera?

  Does anyone know of a way to export a finished sequence back OUT of Final Cut Pro and onto the SxS card residing in the EX1? I would love to edit a sequence together and then place it back in the camera so I can see it on my big screen and also can downconvert with the camera to Beta SP or DVCAM.
