Glow/Blur transition Premiere CS4
Hey folks
was wondering, is there a way of creating the famous glow/blur transition that one sees on tv daily on Premiere Pro?
I know on Avid there is the Sapphire Plug Ins and with FCP and Ae there is Noise Industries FXFactory.
Is there a way to do it in Premiere Pro? In fact what are the best plug ins for Premiere Pro?

I think the Sapphire plugins will run in Premiere as well. I use them frequently in Combustion. A bit pricey, but worth it — very fast, and very clean.

I think if you download the full package it functions as a time-limited and/or watermarked trial version.
