I film scootervideos on a panasonic ag hvx200 and yesterday my friend kinda tossed my camera bag (camera included) into the trunk of his car. The next time I pulled out my camera and turned it on there were purple green and yellow ish lines instead of the normal picture. Display is still showing, buttons work, think of it as turning on color bars because the iris, shutter, and everything else still shows infront of the bars. Also, when I shook my camera or aimed it a certain way it worked perfectly fine, but shake it too much and the picture freezes. I also noticed an error message that said something along the lines of “p2 micon error” i don’t know if that’s related but it’s worth a shot. I’m basically trying to figure out if it’s fixable by myself (0 skill with electronics) or if I should just buy a new camera. Also I’m in the middle of filming a full length scooter video so i need either to repair it or another hvx.
