  Glitch static effect

  Hi,
  Im trying to achieve a static distortion effect on my shape layers inside after effects.
  This is an example what I would like it to look like

  The part in this video that Im referring to is the sections where the geometric lines seem to be broken up into some kind of static distortion.
  Any ideas on how this was made or what effects they used?
