  GL1 video looks interlaced

  I have some video shot on a Canon GL1. The video was captured in final cut with the DV NTSC setting at 29.97fps. There are interlaced lines on any motion in the clips when viewed on the computer and when exported to dvd and played. The lcd screen on the camera is broken so I can’t tell if it looks that way on the tape as well. Is there something I’m not realizing about how I should capture this video or about shooting modes??
