No, there is no way to globally change this and the downside is that you could get very choppy video depending on which frame rates you are blending. In general, it’s best to keep this on unless you own a quirky camera that shoots a non-standard format. 😉

well… 0.03 fps slower but I defy your human brain to notice the difference. That’s 3/100ths of a frame which is a lot smaller than “slightly”; more like “imperceptibly” slower.
