I have a video clip that has laughter that I want to get rid of without getting rid of the main characters laughing. I have Adobe CS3 with Soundbooth. How can I get rid of just the laugh in soundbooth?

You don’t want much, do ya. Unless the audio is alone with no other sound you want to keep, it can’t be done well. EQing and noise removal will do this to a degree.
You might have better luck just taking some sound from elsewhere on the video and editing that in. If you have some background noise that would sound right you can make a short loop and add as much as you need. Or at least it could help mask the offensive sound.
    Good Luck

Yeah, I know it’s a toughie. I’ll take your advice though and see how well I can do with it. Thanks.
