    Hi Guys,
I’ve been through the forum and found that the easiest way to get FLV files without Flash is to export as h.264 and AAC audio and change the file extension which is great – but my problem is the client has asked for it in aspect ratio 960×540 and no bigger file size than 21mb.

Now, to be honest, even with it set to least quality it still won’t get down to 21mb and it looks terrible! Is there anyway of solving this at all? There must be a better way of doing it and achieving a better quality??

    Cheers!

I’m guessing you have a lengthy video. The longer the video, the larger the file size.

The only way to get a smaller file size is to reduce the bit rate. 4-6k yields the best results.
