    hello,

is it possible to have after effects build up a layer of around 400 video tracks, to build a videowall?
    or via a script?
obviously, i don’t want to do it manually, unless i really have to.
or should i turn to a 3d application for this?

    thanks for any input!

Check out Dan Ebberts’ website on Expressions and learn lots of stuff!
In there somewhere, no doubt, is something that would help you with this. I know there are expressions that you can use to determine where layers land in 3d space, based on other layers, I just don’t know expressions very well.

Oooh, I just thought of the Monster Dots tutorial, this might help you and give you some new ideas too!
