  Generated Media – 16×9 issues

  Have a question: I’m making a title sequence within an HD project (1080 23.976 project). I’ve set all my Title clips and Generated Media clips to a 1920×1080 size. however, I get a more Widescreen letterbox in my preview window, like CinemaScope size…

  I then use the Crop tool and select a 16×9 frame and everything looks kosher again.

  BUT, isn’t a 1920×1080 clip size already 16×9? I don’t understand what’s happening. The project size is setup for 16×9 already…
