  General Error and Unable to render

  I am unable render an entire sequence. I have tried rendering individual clips as well as groups of clips and the entire sequence. It will render to almost halfway and then stop withthe message reading: General Error.
  I have tried restarting my comp and final cut. I even copied the files and pasted them a new sequence.

  I am running Final Cut 5.0.4 on a G5 Dual 2.3GHz with 8 gigs of ram wiith tiger. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
