• Adobe Encore DVD

  general error

  I have a project in Encore 2 ready to burn. I previewed everything and all the menus work. I typed file- check project, but it does not appear. I typed build DVD and at the bottom of the page it states that there are no errors and its ready to build a DVD. However when I press check project in that window I get GENERAL ERROR and I cannot burn. What’s wrong?
