Garbled Video In Final Cut
Hi everyone,
I’ve been looking for answers to a strange problem I’ve been having lately, with no luck. I’ve tried clearing my FCP preferences, and playing with some of the display settings, but all of my images have what looks like a strange filter over them. Oddly, this is only in Final Cut itself – the videos look fine in Soundtrack, and after I export them through Compressor. I’d appreciate any insight anyone can give me on this. Thanks for your time!

Fortunately it turned out to be software corruption of some sort – reinstallation did the trick! Thanks for the advice, although I’m glad it didn’t come to that, since my copy of FCP is installed on a laptop!
