In CS 3.0.1 I’ve turned CMS off so that I can work in RGB color space without having the colors become muted as soon as I do something (otherwise, I get a gamut warning when I use a saturated color). Anyway, I’m working on a webbanner and I do a foreground fill using a saturated green – really bright – but as soon as a place an RGB PNG pile (transparent background) the green becomes muted and dull as if it were a CMYK legal color. What’s going on? I don’t want to resort to working in Photoshop.
