You’re right… it IS two year old technology. I’m not too impressed either. I agree: for someone coming from a G4, get this computer. For those of us with G5s already in our stable, this is nothing to switch your main computer(s) to.

I have two G5 dual 2.0s, a G4 dual 1.25, and dual 800, plus both a g4 800, and 1.5ghz power books, and 4 xserves at 2.0ghz.

The momentous occasion is that this is my mac, not my businesses, and I can say that Doom 3 is the scariest thing that you can do with a super computer.
