funky ink/paint animation. how?
Hi,
i’m really interested in this effect. how is this kind of look achieved?

I guess I would need a wacom? Frame by frame? Or spline animation? Or some other?

The big ink blob looks like an animated mask on a solid with bevel alpha applied.

… and a Wacom (pronounced “WAH-kum” if anyone’s interested) certainly makes mask drawing faster, in my opinion.
