Frustrated when UPDATING PMW-EX280
I bought my new Camera PMW-EX280 last year, it is in chinese Language. Am trying to update from version 1.01 to 1.10 or any version up. but i cannot get the firmware update rather than giving me this message in chinese and i don’t understand what does it mean? (see image below)
Am getting trouble to use this camera can anyone help me out to get this camera out of chinese to English and update its firmware?
Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

It says that the folder is empty..
I’m not sure you can update a CN version with an EN one and get rid of the zone this way!
