    Hey there

When i Edit to tape in Final Cut pro 5 i have this problem that it freezes the first frame and playing it twice, This meen that if i have a cormercial that is 30 seconds long and i want to put it on tape at timecode
00:02:00:00 then it puts the first frame twice on 00:02:00:00 and on 00:02:00:01 and then it plays from there. This now meens that the cormercial is done at 00:02:30:01 and not on 00:02:30:00.
Is there annyone out there that knows how to fixe this, can i offset it in anny way or fixe it.
    My system

Dual-core 2.5GHz PowerPC G5 processors, med decklink multibridge extreme and Final Cut V5

I am mastering out on a Digibeta using SDI with embeded Audio and RS422 controling.

    Thank You

I have the very same issue, all my edit to tape sequences start with a freezeframe, and then everything is off by 2 frames. I also have the exact same set up. Anyone out there have the solution?
