Freeze Framed Clip displaying Badly in Premiere
I have created a clip where I freeze frame a moving subject and then display some text for about 2 seconds. The problem is when I export to my DV Cam and watch on the camera, the picture has lines through it. My source clip is interlaced hence I think it has something to do with premiere display only one field. Can someone help?

Btw found a picture on the web which looks similar to how mine looks when freeze framed. Link is https://www.100fps.com/
I know my problem has something to do with deinterlacing but how exactly do I do this when all my source video and my output video will need to be interlaced?
