  Freeze frame script

  I am doing a lot of really tedious layer work and I know that a script would make it easier for me but I have no idea how to do it.

  I need a script that takes the current layer, sets a freeze frame at the end point, jumps forward two frames, splits the layer and repeats until the end of the composition. The ideal result would be a series of two frame layers with freeze frame keyframes.

  If anyone could help, that would be fantastic.
