Double-click the clip you want to pull your freeze from to get it into your Edit Suite; choose the frame you want to freeze with the CTI (the white triangle at the top of the timeline bar); select “Export From Edit Suite” from the “File” pulldown menu; choose “Frame” from the selection pulldown; go to your Image Sequence selection pulldown and choose JPEG; make sure the name and destination are what you want and click “Export”.
