free “Set Resample” script
Here’s a free script I came across on the Sony Vegas forum that allows you to set your resample properties as needed.
I’ve only tried it on Pro 10 32 bit so far and it works for me.

Very handy, although i too have found a script that with
a single click, Disable Resample is applied to everything
