    Hi
When Im working with frame sequences I cant find a way to identify the still image that I am working on. Is there a dialogue box or something that can tell me where the curser is (what frame it relates to?)

I’m trying to build an online from an offline so I know what frames I need its just difficult to to exactly where there are on the online timeline.

    Thanks for any suggestions!!!

You can easily switch the time readout in the timeline by Ctrl+click. Other than that, consider a simple quite layer (text) with a simpel expression on the source text property:

    timeToframes(time))

    Hi
Yes I have used the text filter thing for when i rendered my dv offline but it would be cool if after effects could easily diplay the frames information.

If you ever import a image sequence and there is a frame missing AE will generated the missing frames(lableing them, with a colour bars background) it would be cool if it could just superimpose this in the corner of regular frames so I dont loose track. There are going to be hundreds of sequences …And I can see it getting very complex and messy.

    Thanks for any suggestions
