  Frame rates when outputting to 59.94 and 50

  Hi

  I am editing in premiere pro using stock footage (so a whole bunch of different frame rates, so far I’ve seen 25, 60 and 29.97 and I’ve barely looked through it all) and GFX I will create in after effects.

  I have to deliver the films as Prores422.mov, 1080i, 59.94fps and also another version as 50fps. Normally I would work in the settings that I need to deliver in, but in this case I’m not so sure.

  Advice on what frame rate to edit and create my motion GFX in, and then how I would convert to the delivery specs?
