    Frame Rate problem p2 files

    I created an HD project in Avid and imported a media file from a p2 card. Then I received an eroor “clip frame rate (23976) does not match project frame rate (2997). Do you kknow why this is happening?

    Shouldnt an HD file match an Avid HD project?

    The framerate of your footage (23.976) doesn’t match the framerate of your project (29.97, or 59.94i).

    Make a new HD project with the 23.976 framerate and reimport your media into there and it should work.
