Frame Rate for Brazil
I am working on a project and my deliverable is for Brazil. I’ve read that Brazil is PAL-M…Soooo – is Brazil 25fps? I can’t seem to find a definitive answer. Thanks!

You should request specifications from where you are delivering the program.

yup – they just haven’t gotten back to me yet 🙁 I was just trying to figure out what the standard is across the country…

PAL-M uses a 525 line, 30 frame per second format. In the US our frame rate is the same, but line structure is not. In other PAL countries they use a 625 line version.
