First off, let me thank you all for being of such great assistance. A day doesn’t go by without learning something new from creative cow forums. Thank you.

I know that this has been asked before, but i’d like to know the details. If i have a sequence that is 23.98 and wish to output to 29.97, i understand that KONA 3 will do the pulldown. my question is what kind of pulldown and is there anyway to control that?

    thanks,

    Tom

You can choose how the pulldown is created in the KONA control panel. In the “Codec” tab…

Set your video output in FCP to the appropriate 29.97 frame rate, then come back here and choose the style of pulldown you require.
