    Does anyone else experience this?
Whenever I move a clip around and attempt to place it directly following another clip, almost always FCP places it one frame later than the previous clip, resulting in a flash frame of black in between. The only solution I’ve found is snapping. But snapping isn’t always so smart in what it snaps to, so generally I leave it off.
Any solutions out there? Or quirks I should know about?
    Thanks.
    Andrea

Cut your clip your moving (command-x), put your playhead on the clip you want to put the cut clip after. Hit the down arrow, hit paste (command-v).

This is what snapping is for, by the way. Anything else and you are putting the clip right where you left it.

    Make sense?
